We are proud to share a significant achievement in the progress of our landmark residential development, Glowing Star, a 10-story residential complex currently under construction in Kalabria – Prishtina, Kosovo.

As part of our commitment to delivering excellence in engineering and construction, our team has successfully completed the foundation gravel layer, reaching a compaction level of Evd = 110 MN/m². This value not only meets but exceeds the demanding technical standards required for the stability of high-rise structures.

This milestone marks a crucial phase in the structural integrity and long-term performance of the Glowing Star project. A properly compacted gravel foundation is vital to ensuring:

• Even distribution of structural loads across the foundation footprint
• Minimized risk of differential settlement, which can compromise structural performance over time
• Increased durability and service life of the entire building system

Engineered with precision and care, the foundation gravel layer has been constructed in full compliance with Eurocode 7 (EN 1997) and DIN 18134, two of the most recognized standards for geotechnical engineering and plate load testing in Europe.

By achieving this compaction level, we’ve laid the groundwork—both literally and figuratively—for a structure that reflects the highest standards of safety, quality, and sustainability.
