The foundation drainage system is now fully installed, reinforcing the building’s long-term protection against groundwater and moisture intrusion.

• HDPE PE 100 perforated pipe (DN 160, SDR 11, 16 bar) – A high-pressure, corrosion-resistant pipe designed for underground drainage applications
• 3 cm drainage gravel layer – Surrounds the pipe to facilitate natural water filtration
• Geotextile membrane – Fully encapsulates the gravel layer, preventing soil intrusion and pipe clogging
• Butt-welded joints – Ensures a strong, seamless, and leak-proof pipeline through precision welding techniques

This system plays a vital role in the structural safety and longevity of the building by:

• Efficiently redirecting groundwater away from the foundation
• Minimizing hydrostatic pressure on below-grade structural walls
• Protecting the integrity of the foundation’s waterproofing layer
